Weighted Pull-Ups + Wall Ball Runs

Weighted Pull-ups
Body weight 106kg
Kg: 5-10-10-15-15-15Fail + Cash out did 4 more unweighted
Never done before with weight and it’s only months since I could even do 1 pull-up
Really sprung up after weight removed. I just feel amazed every time my head goes past the bar!
Feels like someone else!
Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
Run 200m
20 Wallball shots, 5kg ball
Got 4 rounds in for time – did 5 but took 12:53
Must remember to thrust with my hips and legs
